Cancellation Policy 
Please note that there will be no discounts for arriving late or leaving early. There will be no refunds for flight cancellations, travel delays
or illness unless travel insurance is
purchased. If you cancel your
participation for any reason without travel insurance, the cancellation policy below will apply, with
no exceptions. We strongly
encourage you to purchase travel
insurance that will cover the extent of
risk you foresee.

IF WE CANCEL THE TRIP
We hope to never have a reason to cancel
a trip; however, if we must cancel the
trip due to extreme circumstance, we
will refund your payment. We cannot
however compensate you for the
downpayment, airfare or travel costs
incurred. In the unlikely event of trip
being cancelled due to weather, natural
disaster or political upheaval, we cannot
guarantee a refund, it will be
depending on receiving a refund from
the venue we work with. To cover these
risks, we highly recommend you
purchase travel insurance.
